Simply put, we as a team source out apartment building communities with opportunistic Value-Add and up side potential in emerging markets, we then underwrite such rare deals that come across our desk with the most potential, and if the deal makes sense we take the opportunity and invest, ultimately growing our hard earned cash over a period of time, keeping all of our investors informed about current and upcoming initiatives.
